The 59 rooms of the Modica Boutique Hotel combine a refined atmosphere with a warm welcome. They are equipped with: double or twin beds (with the possibility of a cot in the room at an extra charge), extra bed (child or adult) in triple rooms, bathroom with shower, minibar, flat screen TV with SKY Gold package and satellite channels, safe, piped music in the bathroom, individually controlled air conditioning and heating. 

Beach

The Modica Boutique Hotel offers its guests the exclusive use of the beach service at the nearby Marina di Modica, which can be reached independently or with the shuttle bus (upon payment) , provided by the hotel. The beach service is on payment.
