The living area features a bright, fully equipped kitchen with a central island, which opens onto a panoramic veranda with sea views, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation. The architectural design, conceived to reduce environmental impact, reflects an eco-sustainable philosophy: the entire structure is powered by a photovoltaic system, while the air conditioning is supported by a silent generator, installed at a safe distance from the house.
