Location
Ragusa Ibla is the old district of Ragusa, the centre from which the city was born. It was rebuilt with a Baroque style after the earthquake in 1693. The Locanda Don Serafino is located in a historic mansion of the IX century. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is about 100 Km from Ragusa.

Rooms
Locanda Don Serafino has 10 rooms, including two on the ground floor with separate entrance for disabled people, and can accommodate 22 guests. Elegant and comfortable rooms furnished with handicraft wooden furniture produced by local artisans and hand-sewn curtains. The rooms are equipped with mini bar, LCD TV set with satellite, Sky, telephone, Simmons Privilege mattresses with extra mattress available, two kinds of pillows (soft and medium), desk, armchairs safe, suitcase stool and Internet. The private bathrooms are provided with towel set, slippers, bathrobe and hair dryer.

The rooms are divided in Superior and Junior Suite, all equipped with the same modern facilities. The 4 Junior Suites are characterized by embellished sofas and may host 4 people.

Restaurant
Don Serafino Restaurant, property of the brothers Antonio and Giuseppe La Rosa, is a few hundred meters from the Locanda and it boasts 1 Michelin star. Quoted in the best guides as one of the best restaurants of the island, it offers dishes belonging to the local tradition, presented with originality and elegance, which vary according to the products of the season. The best national and international wines are available from a wine list that has more than 100 labels.
