Villa Ida

Once a traditional farmhouse, the villa was completely renovated in 2021 and now stands out for its sophisticated style that blends Sicilian charm with a glamorous and contemporary design.

The estate covers 900 m² and can accommodate up to 25 guests in 9 en-suite bedrooms. The spaces are distributed across a main building and three independent annexes, opened according to the number of guests. A lush 3,500 m² Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa with fragrant plants and tranquil corners, embracing the private pool with whirlpool area (6x12 m), the true heart of outdoor relaxation.

Inside the main villa, guests will find a spacious living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bright dining room with a large wooden table, three double bedrooms on the first floor (one with an additional sofa bed), two more bedrooms on the lower level, and a charming wine cellar ideal for tasting local labels. The annexes host four more double bedrooms – two of which have additional single beds – each with a mezzanine and private bathroom.

The property is completed by a second outdoor kitchen, set in a beautifully restored former stable and ideal for al fresco dining, and two furnished verandas on either side of the villa, perfect for enjoying open-air living from sunny lunches to starry evening dinners.

Villa Ida is the perfect base for discovering the UNESCO-listed baroque cities of Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, and Noto, or the golden beaches of southeastern Sicily, including the unspoilt Vendicari Nature Reserve.
