Villa Blue Ocean

Villa Blue Ocean is located in Bove Marino, a few kilometres from the centre of Pozzallo. It overlooks the sea through a large garden and is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large veranda, which is also the main entrance; a living room with sofa and dining table; a kitchen (equipped with all major appliances); one bedroom with adjacent full bathroom; one double bedroom with private bathroom.
An external staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a panoramic veranda, another living room and a third bedroom with bathroom.
In addition to the location (ideal both for the sea and for cultural visits to the area), one of the highlights is certainly the outdoor area, characterised by a large patio with a lounge and dining table, a well-kept lawn with sun loungers and a barbecue.
It should be noted that air conditioning is only present in the following rooms: ground floor living area and first floor corridor. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms on the ground floor.
Comiso airport is the closest (about 70 km), while Catania airport is about 110 km away.
