Casa Carlita is a luxury villa set on a private hill in the heart of the Val di Noto, nestled within a centuries-old olive grove covering 39,000 m². Built with authentic Sicilian materials and sandstone exteriors, the villa embodies a refined balance between contemporary design, comfort, and a seamless connection to nature. Its elevated position offers stunning panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea, just a 15-minute drive away.

The interiors are minimalist and modern, featuring spacious living and dining areas – both indoors and outdoors – ideal for relaxed gatherings with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen blends functionality with elegant design.

Casa Carlita offers four refined double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, smart working area, and large windows with scenic views. Two of the rooms enjoy access to a private terrace. Upon request, three of the double beds can be converted into six comfortable single beds.

Outside, the landscaped garden combines a well-kept lawn with native Sicilian vegetation and is softly illuminated at night. The swimming pool is partially open-air, naturally heated by the sun, and partially sheltered beneath a loggia with a bar corner. Above it rises a panoramic tower with a terrace – the perfect spot to take in the Sicilian landscape and the deep blue of the Ionian Sea.

Casa Carlita ensures complete privacy. At the same time, a private path leads to the nearby eco-resort Masseria della Volpe, where, upon reservation, guests can enjoy exclusive services such as a spa, tennis court, beach volleyball, helipad, and the fine dining experience of Ristorante Coda Rossa.

The nearest airport is Comiso, located approximately 82 km away, while Catania Airport is about 107 km from the property.
