Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the property covers an area of 150 sqm and boasts a large private garden of approximately 2000 sqm.

The main villa features three refined double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a shaded pergola, and a welcoming living area with a fireplace, Smart TV, and a spacious sofa. A separate annex with a private entrance offers an additional double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, ensuring extra privacy and comfort.

The outdoor area invites guests to relax: a panoramic 10x4 pool with solarium, a shaded lounge area with bar counter, a stone barbecue, and private parking complete the experience. Its secluded yet strategic location makes it easy to explore the region’s highlights: Ragusa (14 km), Modica (26 km), Scicli (22 km), and Marina di Ragusa (12 km).
