Located between the two main reference points on Pantelleria, with views over the Arc of the Elephant on one side and Faraglione on the other, Club Levante was the first resort to be built on the island – on the most spectacular and distinctive spot on the island. The land on which the resort lies, cultivated with Zibibbo wine grapes, slides gently down towards the sea – just a couple of minutes’ walk away. The geographic location and the limited human activity leave the skies free to regale guests with extraordinarily spectacular views of the moon and stars. There are daily flights to the island from Palermo and Trapani.
Once a private estate, Club Levante mixes architecture with greenery; guest rooms are all dammusi – small stone habitations typical of Pantelleria – and are set in a maze of dry stone terraces: protection of the natural elements blends with respect for nature, for the area and for its natural resources. An escape from a modern world, Club Levante is an exceptional hotel offering excellent service.
The rooms at Club Levante are all dammusi – old buildings with a vaulted roof built from lava blocks and white domes. Each room is located far enough from the others to guarantee guests privacy and tranquillity. Every room is different and all have sea views. They are divided into several categories depending on the location and style: Club, Classic, Traveller and the Private House – the largest room and once a cistern dug into the rock, with living room and private garden.
Club Levante rates include continental breakfast served until late morning. The resort organises three dinners per week with different menus using fresh fish and local produce. Light lunches are also available upon request.
