The Grand Hotel Atlantis Bay is almost carved into the rock, facing the beautiful sea of the Bay of Mazzarò, at the foot of the town of Taormina. The cable car that takes up to the city center is within easy reach, just a few minutes away from the hotel. The nearest places of interest are the Lido beach of Mazzarò and Spisone. Also nearby are the Greek Theatre and the Spiaggia Giardini. The closest airport is Catania-Fontanarossa, which is located 50 km from Taormina.

Hotel
Built in 2000, the Grand Hotel Atlantis Bay has been recently renovated. The redevelopment has served to enhance its charm but also to make some innovations aimed at increasing customer comfort. The hotel is richly furnished with many lights, exposed beams and walls covered in stone. Particularly striking is the large glass window in the lobby that overlooks the pool and the sea, which gives customers at their arrival at the hotel a taste of what will be their stay at this magnificent spot in Sicily. Also in the lobby there is a beautiful aquarium with tropical fish: the predominant blue color reminds of the natural colors of the sea with its many nuances. The particular location and building that slopes down from the top creates beautiful terraces, the last three, those that reach the sea, are the most spacious and accommodate the outdoor restaurant, swimming pool and the sea shore with the its private beach. The 86 luxurious rooms with sea view of the Grand Hotel Atlantis Bay are divided into: Double rooms with sea view, Junior Suites, Suites and one Presidential Suite. All rooms are richly furnished in classical style and with bright colors like beige and gold. All are equipped with the modern comforts like: minibar, satellite TV, pay TV, Internet WI-FI (with supplement), direct dial telephone, air conditioning with adjustable intensity, individually programmable. Bathrooms offer the shower / tub combination, bathrobes, and hair dryers. They have parquet flooring and marble bathrooms. The double room has a size of approx. 30 square meters, is comfortable, has a double bed and a terrace with sea view equipped with table and chairs. The Junior Suites are more spacious, tastefully decorated in the same style of the other rooms and have a comfortable sitting area. The marble covered bathroom has a double sink. The Suites have a size of approx. 50 square meters and feature a sitting area separated from the room that can accommodate two extra beds in case there were families with children. The Presidential Suite Atlantide is the only one of this category. It\'s very wide and includes a bar, lounge and dining room. The bedroom is separated and has a round bed decorated with fine silk linen. The bathrooms are very peculiar: covered with white onyx marble for her and with black marble for him. The rooms also disposes of a Jacuzzi. In the room there is an aquarium of tropical fish and a terrace with private swimming pool with magnificent views over the bay with deck chairs, table and chairs.
